i really liked these quotes and felt like writing them down, so maybe i'll think about them more. they come from my franklin day planner (which i am totally addicted to) so don't go thinking i research quotes or anything that highbrow :)
"You can make more friends in two months by becoming genuinely interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you." - Dale Carnegie
"If a friend is in trouble, don't annoy him by asking if there is anything you can do. Think up something appropriate and do it." - Edgar Watson Howe
"Always fall in with what you're asked to accept. Take what is given, and make it over your way. My aim in life has always been to hold my own with whatever's going. Not against: with." - Robert Frost
"The thing I remember best about successful people I've met all through the years is their obvious delight in what they are doing...and it seems to have very little to do with worldly success. They just love what they're doing and they love it in front of others." - Fred Rogers
and just in case you are going through sutton withdrawl, here's a picture to help you get by! it's a cell phone pic, so excuse the quality, but he had a bowl of yogurt cheerios where some are pink and some are regular color. he proceeded to take out all of the pink ones and line them up in a row - my adorable little guy has his mommy's crazy mind that thinks everything has it's place and playing with food is fun :)
