December, "Ho Ho Hoooo":

so, i'm really starting to catch up now! i had to share some fun pictures of our good times in december. sutton had a blast and we had a blast with him :) christmas is just a thousand times more exciting experiencing it through a little one's eyes.

december started off with a breakfast with santa at sutton's daycare. he wasn't too sure about santa, but loved the photographer! (sorry, don't have those pictures scanned in yet.) we had a great time meeting all the sweet parents of sutton's school buddies. they are really wonderful people and i hope our kids will be friends for many years. here we are cheesin' it up!

now we were really in the christmas spirit, so we got our good friends chris and leslie to join us at zoo lights. it was lots of fun, but really cold!

decorating cookies at zoolights :)

how much icing is mr. chris putting on his cookie??!

december also saw a baby shower for emily, william's mommy. (congrats to mommy emily and daddy hunter on the birth of william woodrow, IV!! he's adorable!).

the punch was my assignment and i was so excited about this recipe i found that made it look like a blue bubbly baby bathtub! here's the recipe in case you're interested.

this year was our turn to be with chris' family for christmas, so we flew up to new jersey to be with poopsie, granddaddy-o, and aunt kiki. just look how excited sutton is!

getting in the christmas spirit!

we took sutton to the children's museum of philly, the "please touch" museum. the grocery was definitely a highlight...don't forget the tastycakes!

longwood gardens was AMAZING! i highly recommend it if you're ever in that area around the holidays.

this picture is exactly how the evening went! we had to just keep up with the little guy...

on christmas eve we worshipped with the church family at first baptist church of haddonfield. it was a beautiful building and we loved being a part of their childrens' service. it's always a hilarious-sweet experience to watch a childrens' christmas pagent.

afterward, we rushed home to make cookies for santa!

do you think santa will like them??

how about if i just try one to make sure they're tasty!

christmas morning! ooo...we look pretty rough. well, everyone except sutton!

daddy was showing off his new present!

sutton hanging out with his girls in his teepee that poopsie and granddaddy-o made for him!

because we had to pack even more fun into the week...we went to the aquarium in camden!

hope everyone had a very merry christmas! lots of love to you and your family from us :)
